Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. No Refunds
1.1. All payments made for digital marketing services provided by Srim Works are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Monthly Subscription Services: Clients can cancel their subscription at any time by choosing not to renew for the following month. There is no obligation to continue the service beyond the period for which payment has been made.
2.2. Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, you must notify Srim Works in writing via email at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle. If the cancellation notice is received less than 5 business days before the billing cycle, the cancellation will take effect in the subsequent billing cycle.
2.3. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, the Client will no longer have access to the digital marketing services provided by Srim Works, and all ongoing campaigns and associated services will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.
3. No Prorated Refunds
3.1. If a Client cancels the service before the end of a billing period, no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining days of that period. The service will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
4.1. In the event of any disputes regarding payments or services, the Client agrees to contact Srim Works directly to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with the payment processor or bank.
4.2. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in the immediate termination of services and additional charges to cover any fees or costs incurred by Srim Works.
5. Changes to the Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1. Srim Works reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Srim Works website. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
